I work with individuals and communities to build resilience, self-awareness, and effective coping skills. I am a practicing social worker, as well as a certified yoga and meditation teacher. I specialize in anxiety, grief, and stress management. Whether you’re looking for therapy sessions or skills training (in-person, online, or by phone), I am here to help.

About
My private therapy practice is based in Le Plateau neighbourhood of Montréal, QC. To promote accessibility of mental health services, I also offer therapy sessions online and by phone. As a clinical social worker, my practice is informed by Trauma Informed Care (TIC) and Trauma Sensitive Mindfulness (TSM). My approach is warm, compassionate, and attentive. Please note that I actively support non-binary, trans, and LGBTQ2+ communities. I'm licensed to practice therapy through the ‘Ordre des travailleurs sociaux et des thérapeutes conjugaux et familiaux du Quebec (OTSTCFQ),’ and am able to provide receipts for insurance upon request.
My educational background includes a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree; I received an excellence award for my graduate level research from McGill University. I've completed specialized training as a trauma-informed clinician from the Attachment and Trauma Treatment Centre for Healing (ATTCH); and have over a decade of experience working with individuals and groups in NWT, YT, MB, and QC (Canada). I'm a passionate, kind-hearted, and extensively trained clinician.
I'm a certified yoga and meditation teacher educated at Naada Yoga Montréal; and am trained to provide yoga and mindfulness sessions for children and teens using the five elements education model of Little Flower Yoga, NYC. I also have specialized training in trauma-informed yoga through the Yoga Mala Foundation, and am an active member of the International Yoga Alliance. I tailor meditation instruction, relaxation exercises, Hatha Yoga asanas, and breath work practices to meet diverse client needs.

If you’re living with anxiety, depression, grief, or stress, I am here to support you. It can be extremely challenging - both within ourselves and in our most important relationships – to develop intimacy, connect, and communicate in a way that is aligned with our core values and true needs. You don’t need to do this alone. My clinical practice can offer you a non-judgemental space to explore issues and develop pragmatic skill-building to address underlying needs. Together we can identify your core values and priorities, and tailor a corresponding wellness plan.
